THE EXPERIENCE
What is JAMboreé?
We are a collective dedicated to preserving the culture of soulful Chicago House music. We are not a standard nightclub; we create temporary sanctuaries in industrial spaces where the focus is strictly on the music, the sound system, and the community.
What is the dress code?
Come as you are, but come ready to sweat. We encourage self-expression, but we recommend comfortable footwear. The warehouse floors are concrete—heels are not your friend here.
Is there VIP or Bottle Service?
No. On the dancefloor, we are all equal. We do not have VIP sections, tables, or bottle service. If you are looking to be seen, this isn’t the place. If you are looking to dance, you are home.
THE CODE (PHONE POLICY)
What does "Phone-Free" actually mean?
Upon entry, a small tamper-evident sticker will be placed over your phone’s camera lenses. You keep your phone with you at all times, but you cannot take photos or videos inside the venue.
Why do you do this?
To protect the vibe. When screens are down, the energy in the room changes. It allows everyone to be fully present, dance without judgment, and respect the privacy of others.
What if I have an emergency?
You can use your phone for texts/calls in the designated lobby or outdoor smoking area. If you remove the sticker inside the dancefloor area, you will be asked to leave.
TICKETS & ENTRY
Where can I buy tickets?
All advance tickets are sold exclusively through Dice.fm. We strongly recommend buying in advance as our capacity is strictly limited to ensure plenty of room to dance.
Is there a guest list?
Guest list spots are reserved exclusively for members of The Inner Circle (our loyalty program) who have redeemed their points for entry.
What are the ID requirements?
All events are strictly 21+. You must present a valid physical government-issued ID or Passport. Photos of IDs are not accepted.

THE INNER CIRCLE (LOYALTY)
How do I join the loyalty program?
You can join for free on our website. You will receive a digital pass that lives in your Apple or Google Wallet. No apps to download.
How do I earn points?
Simply show your digital pass at the door. One scan = 500 Points. (Limit one scan per 12 hours). You can also earn bonus points for social media engagement.
Do my points expire?
No. Your points are unlimited and never expire. Save them up for a free drink, or hoard them for the exclusive Supporter Jersey.
SAFETY & ACCESSIBILITY
What is your harassment policy?
Zero tolerance. If anyone makes you feel uncomfortable or unsafe, please alert a member of our security team or bar staff immediately. We are trained to help.
Are the venues accessible?
Most of our warehouse locations are ground-level and ADA accessible, but this varies by venue. Please check the specific event page on Dice.fm for accessibility details regarding that specific night.
